•Steel or rolled cut oats (steel cut for extra chunky)

•Greek yogurt (unflavored or low fat/carb)

•Your choice of milk (protein milk for me)

•Chia seeds

•Protein powder (optional)

•Vanilla extract (optional)

•Sweetener (optional

•Your choice of toppings

Simple directions

1 part oats, 1/8 part seeds, 1 part milk

*In a mason jar or glass

•Pour oats

•Pour seeds

•Spoon full of yogurt

•Optional sweetener

•Optional vanilla

•If adding protein powder, add an extra 1/2 cup of milk

Mix ingredients until no clumps

•Add toppings

•Cover with glass or lid

•Set in fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight
